Find email with keyword

Need to find all emails with a keyword in all incoming e mails

Could you confirm if you're using Outlook Classic?

In Classic Outlook, click the search box at the top and enter the keyword.

Under the "Search" tab, change the search location to "All Mailboxes" if you want to search every email account. You can also select "Current Mailbox" to search all folders in one account.

To narrow this down:

1. Should the keyword be in the subject only, or anywhere in the email?
2. Do you have one email account or multiple accounts in Outlook?
3. Are you looking for all matching emails, or only messages received within a certain date range?
