Need Help, my Windows Hello isn't working properly

On my Windows Insider Preview (see the exact version in the picture)After I set up the biometric feature of Windows Hello, I can't use biometrics to log in on any interface that requires Windows Hello. Instead, it insists that I must log in using a PIN. For example, the Windows login screen will show 'You must enter a PIN before using Windows Hello'.

This problem appeared after a certain version update earlier this month. I've tried a bunch of things, like deleting the ngc folder, creating a local user, resetting the biometric service, changing group policies, and reinstalling the biometric device, but nothing has worked.

Since Build 26300.8935 is an Experimental Channel build, it contains early features and changes still being tested. Microsoft notes that these experiences may change, be removed, or never reach stable Windows, so occasional unexpected behavior is possible. As the issue started immediately after this update and survived the usual Windows Hello repairs, it is likely connected to the build, although Microsoft has not listed it as a confirmed known issue.

• Return to the previous build: Go to Settings > System > Recovery > Go back. This option is available only for a limited time.
• Return to stable Windows: Back up important files, then go to Settings > Windows Update > Windows Insider Program > Stop getting preview builds. If you need to leave immediately rather than wait for a production build, reinstalling Windows 11 using recovery media is required.
