AADSTS5000228 Access to Entra tenant denied — reactivation request

Question

I am the Global Administrator of Microsoft Entra ID tenant operaflux.onmicrosoft.com. Tenant ID: 84535f74-660a-4751-aab2-a851ef060004 Admin UPN: ******@operaflux.onmicrosoft.com Domain: operaflux.onmicrosoft.com When signing in to portal.azure.com / entra.microsoft.com for this tenant I receive AADSTS5000228: Access to tenant is denied. Self-service recovery is impossible. Create Directory from MSA ******@gmail.com returns You do not have access. This tenant hosts the multi-tenant OAuth app registration used by production SaaS OperaFlux (operaflux.fr) for Microsoft 365 Graph integrations (Mail, Calendar, OnlineMeetings). Existing refresh tokens still work temporarily but we cannot rotate client secrets or manage the app registration. Please reactivate or unlock tenant 84535f74-660a-4751-aab2-a851ef060004 if still within the reactivation window, confirm whether this is inactivity-related, and if reactivation is no longer possible confirm so we can migrate the app registration to a new tenant.
