Can someone please help? I checked my banking this month and I have been charged £104.99 for a Microsoft Office subscription. I presume this is a annual charge but I have not signed up for anything. I have an existing Microsoft personal subscription through Apple, which I pay for monthly and I am invoiced for how do I get help cancelling this? I’ve contacted my bank who kindly blocked any further payments from taking place but they advised that I need to contact Microsoft the number they provided does not work. I’ve tried calling the number from a Google search and it’s just an automated service that is unable to help. I’m really panicking as I can’t afford such a large chunk of money being taken. I have not signed up to anything I have a work laptop that I can use Microsoft applications on the monthly subscription that I currently pay is for my daughter so I’m unsure how I’ve got this charge. I have scrolled through all my emails looking for any kind of correspondence linking to a Microsoft Office subscription and I cannot find anything. I have logged into my existing Microsoft account and I can see my subscription through Apple that I get charged for monthly but nothing for Microsoft Office. I just need to speak to someone or I need some help I just do not know how to cancel this subscription on the Microsoft side

This forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, if you are sure no-one else has access to your banking details, using any Microsoft account you may have, try using the steps they provide on this link to find out what that payment was for.

Then use the steps they provide on this link to cancel whatever that payment was for and get a refund.

If you are still unable to resolve that payment problem, you will need to contact Microsoft Support directly, try using this method to contact their support.

    Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

    Select Microsoft 365

    Click 'Get Home Support'.

In the box provided, type billing.

Press Enter, then on the next page, scroll down and click 'Sign in to Contact Support'.

Navigate to Microsoft 365 and Office - Manage my Subscription.

Select the 'Chat with support agent in web browser' option
