my microsoft account got deleted by a hacker and i cant recover it

the gmail was --PII REMOVED-- and --PII REMOVED-- and the password was -deleted-

when i try to recover it i get the email doesnt exist

If you're getting the message that the Microsoft account doesn't exist, it doesn't always mean the account was permanently deleted. In many account compromise cases, an attacker changes the account's sign-in alias, recovery email, or other security information, which can make the original address appear unavailable.

Also check any email accounts or phone numbers that may have been linked to the Microsoft account for notifications about:

• Security information changes
• Alias changes
• Password resets
• Account recovery attempts

If you still have access to any recovery email, phone number, billing records, Xbox information, Microsoft subscriptions, or purchase receipts associated with the account, those may help prove ownership during the recovery process.
