My Microsoft Partner Center enrollment was blocked during the automated trust/verification stage while registering as a Microsoft Edge extension developer (Individual account, Czech Republic). Because the block happens before a workspace is created, I cannot open a support ticket from within the portal, so I am asking here.

The message shown was: "Microsoft runs on trust. We engage in a rigorous set of evaluation and certification processes; as a result your request was blocked."

Reference details:

Reference number: 715-123225

Transaction ID: e2b5630f-c624-4545-8896-1a4f0cdf8c2b

Correlation ID: a950655a-f35a-4dd8-9169-a631d16213d4

Program: Microsoft Edge (extension developer)

Account type: Individual

Country/region: Czech Republic

Additional context: my Partner Center account is an Azure AD identity whose sign-in is federated via Google, and the account address was previously self-hosted and later migrated, so the sign-in identity and the account address differ. This may have triggered the automated trust evaluation.

I confirm the information I provided is accurate and I am a legitimate individual developer; I already publish the same extension on the Chrome Web Store. Could a moderator please help review and lift the block so I can complete the Edge developer enrollment? I can provide account-specific details privately if needed.

Thank you.
