In what way is it not working? Does it not open? Is it frozen? Do you get a specific error message? If so, please quote it.
Please provide full details on the problem you are experiencing with the Word app. is it a popup error when you try to use the app or a subscription/activation error, and a screenshot of any error you may be seeing when you try to use Word.
