wifi options completely disappeared on windows 11 pc

i have been using my pc as normal and needed to restart it. on reboot, any and all wifi options have completely disappeared. i figure it's a driver issue, but no windows updates have been at all useful. is there anything i can do about this?

Thank you for the screenshots, the MediaTek WiFi drivers are not installed correctly.

Below is the support page for your motherboard on the Asus website, from the Wireless section, download the installer for the WiFi drivers, then use that to reinstall the MediaTek WiFi drivers, if you currently have no Internet connection on your PC, you will need to download the driver installer on another device.

Right click your Start Button and open Device Manager.

Expand the 'Network Adapters' section.

Please provide a screenshot of that full Device Manager window.

Click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.
