I need to talk to someone how do I do this?

I have spent hours trying to resolve a problem with a new subscription but cannot find relevant online advice. I need to talk to someone but the phone number is just a recorded message. How do I speak with someone to resolve my problem?

Microsoft is SO bad for support I am seriously thinking of junking my laptop and getting a mac pc.

    Open Word.

    At the top right of Word, log out of Office.

    Restart (not shut down) your PC, then log back into Office, is your subscription then recognized correctly.

    If not, log into your Microsoft account on this link, check the expiry date listed on your subscription, is that listed correctly.

    If not, go to the Billing section, is it indicated your payment has been processed correctly.
