    Thank you for the screenshot.

You have a Lenovo Yoga C640-13IML Laptop.

    1

On that laptop model, there is a small privacy slider beside the webcam lens above your screen, ensure that privacy shutter is open.

    2

On your keyboard, the F8 key controls the webcam, try pressing that key or Fn + F8 to see if that enables the webcam.

    3

If that does not resolve the problem, below is the support page for your laptop on the Lenovo website, from there, you can download the installer for the webcam drivers.

    Thank you for that screenshot.

Please open that utility again, do not click anything in that utility or select anything in the left pane and please provide a screenshot of that utility, I need to see a screenshot like this:

This is what I'm showing on my end after searching for the support page. There are noScreenshot 2026-07-26 115151

    1

Look at the function keys (F1 - F12) on your keyboard, if one of them has a camera icon, press that key or Fn + that key to unlock the webcam.

    2

If that was not the problem, look at the camera lens above your screen, is there a small privacy slider that needs to be opened to access the webcam?

    3

If the webcam is still not working, go to the support page for your laptop on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and re-install the version of webcam drivers they provide

If you have any difficulty locating that support page, click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.
