How to recover my Microsoft reward account

To recover a suspended Microsoft Rewards account, submit an appeal to Microsoft Rewards Support using the support form:

Include a clear explanation that:

• only one Microsoft account was used
• no VPN, proxy, bots, macros, or automation tools were used
• the suspension may have been made in error

Common Microsoft Rewards policy issues that can lead to suspension include:

• maintaining multiple user accounts
• providing inaccurate account information
• using a service that alters the true IP location
• using bots, cheat codes, macros, mobile emulators, or other automated methods to earn points
• trying to earn points from more than one country on the same day
• redeeming points outside the country where the points were earned

Only Microsoft Rewards Support can review the suspension reason and restore the account if appropriate.
