Need help to get billing ownership on an azure subscription - ex: Microsoft Startup program Azure Sponsorship

Hi Microsoft team,

I received Azure sponsorhip as part of the Microsoft Startup program.
This Azure subscription switch to Pay as you Go a couple of week ago.

However, it seems that I dont have billing ownership on it.

Please assist to transfer the billing ownership to me

After reading your previous thread, I realised this was a duplicate post.

Looping back to the Startups offer, when you sign up for the Startups program, it requires you to use a personal Microsoft account to sign up, which creates the Microsoft Online Services Program as the billing type.

On the Billing scopes page, here: https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_GTM/ModernBillingMenuBlade/~/AllBillingScopes

Please click onto the account that has the Microsoft Online Service Agreement account type. Does this bring up an overview page for that account. If so, do you see your pay-as-you-go subscription in the your subscription table?

If you do, can you please click onto it. Does it load the same or different page?
