    Hello Terry,

It depends on whether you are using a personal Microsoft account or a work/school account.

    Personal Microsoft 365 account

For Microsoft 365 Personal, Family, or Premium:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft account that owns the subscription.
    2. Open Services & subscriptions.
    3. Check the AI-credit balance shown for your Microsoft 365 plan.

You may also see AI Credit Balance by selecting your profile picture in a supported Microsoft 365 or Windows app.

Microsoft currently provides the remaining balance, but it does not provide consumers with a detailed breakdown showing exactly which prompt or action used each credit.

You can review likely usage through the Microsoft privacy dashboard:

Privacy > Empower your productivity > Copilot > Your Copilot app activity history

This shows Copilot prompts and activity, but it is not an official per-credit transaction report.

If the usage looks incorrect, verify that:

    • You are signed in with the subscription owner’s account.
    • The account was not used on another device.
    • Other signed-in accounts or users did not use Copilot in Microsoft 365 apps.

If the balance still seems wrong, contact Microsoft Support under Microsoft 365 > Account and billing.

    Work or school account

For organizational Copilot Credits, an administrator can review usage in the Microsoft 365 admin center:

    Reports > Usage > Microsoft 365 Copilot > Credits

The report can show usage by user, agent, and billing policy. Copilot Studio agent owners can also check:

    Analytics > See billing

In summary, personal users can view their remaining balance and review Copilot activity, while organizational administrators have access to more detailed usage reports.
