Search for msinfo32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot, and post it here so we can see the correct laptop model or desktop configuration.
Are you updating via the Media Creation Tool or through Windows Update?

If possible, go to Windows Explorer > Local Disk (C:) and check if the folder
$Windows.~BT\Sources\Pantherexists; then, get thesetupact.logandsetuperr.logfiles.Upload them to OneDrive or Google Drive and post the links here so I can analyze why it is failing.
