Windows 10 Sudden Lock Out

After 6 years my windows 10 word suddenly requires a product key. I no longer have it. Acquired windows 10 as a professor at Austin Community College. Faculty paid for part of the license. I need to access the Windows 10 products and am locked out. Solution??

    In most cases, you can activate by signing in to Office.

    Are you no longer working for the college? Some licenses will be revoked when you leave a particular employer, and sometimes that may happen years later.

    Which specific version of Office is this?
