Getting notifications on outstanding balance although payment made

I have Microsoft installed on my personal laptop and my office laptop. My credit card payment was denied for security reasons. Once I cleared the payment with my credit card company, I ran the payment from my office laptop. However, every time I open my personal laptop I get a notification that my account has not been paid. It is very annoying. Please fix this.

Thank you.

Hi Kay,

Good day. It seems your device is not refreshing your account's subscription status. Try these steps on your laptop (device)

  1. Connect to internet.
  2. Open any Microsoft Office App
  3. Go to File > Account and click Update License. Sign in if prompted (make sure you are in your correct MS Account).
  4. If the notification still persists, sign out of your Microsoft account in the Office app, then sign back in using the same account that you used to make the payment.
  5. Restart device and check again.

I hope this helps.

Regards,
Jhun
