Password reset for GroupMe but no longer have access to email

Hello, I have a GroupMe account with same phone number but I no longer have access to my old email. Is there a way to reset my email and password with my phone number? Would appreciate any help.

If you no longer have access to your old email address to verify your identity, you will first need to try recovering that email account through your email provider.

If it is a Microsoft account, you can attempt to recover it using the Account recovery form here:

If you are unable to recover your email account, you can contact GroupMe Support using the phone number you used to access your GroupMe account. Please make sure to reach out to them during business hours.
