Xbox Peripherals Having No Drivers

Question

I recently have been trying to use my Razer Wolverine V2 controller to play some games on my Windows 11 PC. For some reason, it won't connect. I have tried going into device manager to see if the drivers had been installed, but it says there are no compatible drivers. I have tried downloading the Xbox Accessories app, the Razer Controller Setup, tried uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling, amongst numerous other troubleshooting steps. The biggest issue I seem to have is that Xbox Peripherals has zero drivers that I can manually install for the controller to connect. I have zero idea where to go from here, as the hours I've spent researching the issue all lead me back to the same few troubleshooting steps.

Could you share the exact Device Manager error code and the controller’s Hardware IDs?

• Open Device Manager.
• Open the Razer controller’s Properties.
• Check Device status for the error code.
• Under Details, select Hardware Ids and paste the values here.

Also, does the controller work when connected to another USB port or another Windows PC? If it fails there too, the next step would be Razer Support.
