Microsoft account linked to two email addresses

It seems I have Microsoft subscriptions linked to two email accounts, however when I login it defaults to one account and I cannot access the subscriptions on the other.

I have tried logging in from an incognito window, this has also failed.

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

If you have purchased a subscription with a Microsoft account, it will be associated only with the account you used to make the purchase. It will not be automatically link to any other account.

When you mention two email addresses,

are you referring to an email alias? That is a secondary email address that shares the same information as your primary email address. You can sign in on the link below to know that -

https://account.live.com/names/manage

And,

To know which account you have the subscription in -

Open an InPrivate/Incognito window in your web browser.
Go to the following link and sign in with your Microsoft account: https://account.microsoft.com/services
Check which account shows the Office 365 subscription, and use that same account to activate the Office desktop applications.

(Open a new incognito tab for each account)

Thanks for your assistance.

When I clicked on the first link provided it takes me to a login page where I can change my email address (to another one linked to a microsoft subscription service) however if I try to add this as a username I get a warning message saying "This email belongs to an organisation, so you could lose access if you leave. Please enter a different email address."

I also tried signing in again using an incognito window and when it logins in it is not showing any subscription services, which is not correct as I'm receiving emails to a different email account advising of renewals and I can't access them.

Hello,

You cannot add an existing Hotmail.com, Outlook.com, or msn.com address as an alias. and, you can't add an email address that's associated with a work or school account as an alias. This is the reason you might be getting the error "This email belongs to an organization, so you could lose access if you leave. Please enter a different email address."

May I please know the two email domain addresses you have?

*For a personal Microsoft account (e.g., ending in @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, @gmail.com that you created for services like Skype or Xbox) or a work/school account provided by an organization (e.g., *****@company.com)?

If you no longer see any subscriptions under your Microsoft account, please check whether you have an order history for the purchase or verify if the subscription charge is still being deducted from your bank account. It is possible that the subscription might be associated with another Microsoft account.

If you cannot find the subscription under your personal account but the subscription fee is still being charged to your bank account, I recommend contacting Microsoft Support. They can help identify which Microsoft account the subscription is linked to after you provide the transaction details of the order.
