It seems I have Microsoft subscriptions linked to two email accounts, however when I login it defaults to one account and I cannot access the subscriptions on the other.

I have tried logging in from an incognito window, this has also failed.

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

If you have purchased a subscription with a Microsoft account, it will be associated only with the account you used to make the purchase. It will not be automatically link to any other account.

When you mention two email addresses,

are you referring to an email alias? That is a secondary email address that shares the same information as your primary email address. You can sign in on the link below to know that -

    And,

To know which account you have the subscription in -

    1. Open an InPrivate/Incognito window in your web browser.
    2. Go to the following link and sign in with your Microsoft account: https://account.microsoft.com/services
    3. Check which account shows the Office 365 subscription, and use that same account to activate the Office desktop applications.

(Open a new incognito tab for each account)

If you are experiencing any errors, let me know.
