Where should I go to stop these automatically generated ads?

The attached image shows a banner that is not currently being served. However, it is being served, and I don’t know which setting is causing it to run, so I would appreciate your help. According to the parameters, it appears to be running from search ads. Thank you in advance.

    The photo you are showing as I see is from the msn news page. The ads there are sponsored ads, which helps the website up and running, so unfortunately, they cannot be removed completely from the page using an official way, as they are a part of it.

    If the ads are repetitive and annoying, you can consider select the ellipsis in the ads and select "Hide these ads", it could make them appear less to you.
