    Hi Eugene,

               Startup verification can fail for a few different reasons, even when the business is legitimate. The verification team checks the details you submitted against public and commercial business databases, so if anything doesn’t match exactly, the system may reject it.Here are a few things you can double‑check before submitting a support request:
    ```1. Make sure your business details match official records, Legal business name, Business/Company Numbers (if applicable), Registered address, Website domain ownership also helps. Any mismatch , even formatting  - can cause a failure.
    2. Confirm your website shows clear business identity.
    The verification team looks for the following: Company name, Contact details, Product/service description, Matching domain ownership. A blank or placeholder website often triggers rejection.
    3. Check your documentation. If you uploaded documents, make sure that they are clear and easy to read. Recently issued showing the same name/address you entered in the form.
    4. Contact Microsoft Startup Support directly. If everything looks correct, you can open a support ticket here:
    Choose Subscription Management  -- Azure for Startups and include: Your subscription ID. The verification message you received. Any business documents that confirm your registration. Once support reviews it manually, they can usually resolve the issue or tell you exactly what needs updating.
    Hope this helps all the best.
