how do i use AKS? and i know nothing about kubernetes - and i want to use windows instead of linux

To deploy, simply follow https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/aks/learn/quick-kubernetes-deploy-portal?tabs=azure-cli

In step 5, instead of Ubuntu Linux, select Windows
