I was speaking to a gentleman but I can't spell his name. It looked like Ashamean or something like that. anyway I was so excited that he actually fixed my sound system on my Windows 11 PC, that I accidentally clicked on the x and cut him off. He accessed my PC through Quick Assist. He said i needed to find him so he can confirm that he has disconnected from my PC.

I hope you can find him because I can't

    Hello kathryn smith,

I’m glad the sound issue was fixed.

You do not need to find the support person or receive separate confirmation. Once the Quick Assist session was closed, the connection ended. A new connection would require a new Quick Assist code and your permission, so the support person cannot access the PC now.
