my acc has been hacked he removed backup emails and changed primary email but i got account recovery code

Your 25-digit Account Recovery code can get you access to the account, but only if the hackers have not generated a new one. I am sorry for the delayed response, it may already be too late.

a Recovery Code is a powerful tool for proving ownership. Since you have the Recovery Code (a 25-character code), you may be able to regain access immediately without the standard waiting period, provided the code has not been changed by the unauthorized party.

I am sorry. I thought that you could still use the old alias (what your account email address used to be) with a Recovery Code since Microsoft never actually deletes an alias (it is just disabled and hidden).

I just did some testing and more research - I was wrong. You must have a valid current alias with Sign-In enabled to use the Password Reset page and your Recovery Code.

There is only a very slim chance that the hackers might have left some of your other info unchanged (phone, recovery email address). You can try using what identifiers you do know on the User Name Recovery page https://account.live.com/username/recover
