My account was hacked and the hacker changed my email and password of the account so I'm unable to recover it or fill out the account recovery form or anything like that, how can I get the account back?

    Unfortunately, if the hacker has changed both the email address and the password, recovering the account can be very difficult. Microsoft provides the recovery steps in the article below:

    If none of the steps in the article work, and the username has already been changed to a different one, it may indicate that the hacker has fully taken over the account. Unfortunately, in that situation, there is no guaranteed way to recover the account.
