I have recently changed my phone and now I am trying to verify my account in a new phone. I’m not getting even the recovery options like if I can verify it through email ID or phone number. I’m just getting only one option that is to verify through application, which is not possible since it is asking for for a code

This issue happens because your account is locked into an App-based Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) loop, and the authentication app on your new phone is empty because it was not backed up from the old one.

To break this loop and recover your account, follow these methods in order:

    1. Locate the "Try Another Way" Link

Most login screens hide alternative recovery options under generic text links.

    1. Go back to the screen asking for the application code.
    2. Look carefully below the input box for links titled "Try another way", "Use a different verification option", or "I don't have access to my authenticator app".
    3. Click that link to force the system to display your backup email or SMS phone number options
