"I am a student using a polytechnic email. I canceled my subscription while my dashboard showed 0, but I received a sudden charge of 243 on my bank card. The official invoice is not visible in my portal yet, but the money has been held by my bank. Please issue a student courtesy refund for this charge. .

    Hey there, PAVITHRAN MATHURAVIRAN

You will need to submit a support ticket to the billing team on Azure support. Please can you sign into your account on the help & support blade here: https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_Azure_Support/HelpAndSupportBlade

Once you have signed into your account, please can you create a support request. You will need to provide a description on the problem you are facing. I would keep it short with something like "Accidental charge. Refund request". Then please select billing and choose the subscription the resources were created on.

You will want to scroll to the bottom and choose contact support then create a support request.

This will allow you to reach the Azure billing team who can look into the charges and explore available options for you.

    Hope this helps,
    Nathan
