Laptop crashing without BSOD

My laptop crashes randomly and does not produce a minidump file or event log that references anything that could point to a specific cause. It has happened more frequently but the action done before the crash was never consistent (eg. i could either be doing heavy gaming or simply idling and the crash would be the same). The only thing that is consistent between all the crashes is the WHEA-Logger event

Here is the details to that event log:

There is no indication in that error trace of the underlying cause of the crash, when your PC crashes, if it is not causing a BSOD, what actually happens when your PC crashes.

    2

If there are no minidump files being created.

Please check to see if your PC is producing any small Watchdog dump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\LiveKernelReports

If there are any Watchdog dump files in the sub-folders of that folder, copy the files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so I can take a look for you.
