how to fix auto spell check in excel

i;m using excel but the spelling check keep popping up. i tried going to the proofing to amend/change but to no avail

    Hi,

    I will walk through a few steps with you. Some of these are just to help figure out what is wrong, not to fix it right away. So if nothing changes after a step, that is normal. I will keep going until we solve it.

    I'm not about troubleshooting steps you have tried, so I'll start from scratch.

    Have you turned off from Excel Options > Trust Center > Autocorrect options > Disable everything?

    Also, try pressing F7 or Fn+F7 and check.
