Missing photos on one drive

To whom it may consern, Our photos from 2008 to 2011 are missing on one drive can you please assist

Please try the following to determine whether the missing files can still be recovered:

Sign in to OneDrive web: https://onedrive.live.com/

Confirm that you are signed in with the correct Microsoft account. If you use more than one account, check the others as well because the files may have been saved under a different account.

Select Recycle Bin and check whether the missing photos and videos are there. If they were deleted, you may be able to restore them.

If the files disappeared recently and you have an active Microsoft 365 subscription, open Settings > Restore your OneDrive. This may allow you to return your OneDrive to an earlier point within the past 30 days.
