Transfer to Pearson Vue does not work/ forward me to the next page

Question

When entering the my details and click submit I am not being forwarded. I use a private email, which is linked to my @microsoft account. This should take me to the Pearson Vue, where I want to take the exam https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/ai-transformation-leader/?WT.mc_id=certposter_poster-wwl&practice-assessment-type=certification
