• Available volume or commercial discounts
• One-year and three-year pricing options
• Any price protection available as our storage grows
• Estimated costs including deleted, versioned and archived data
• Options for protecting selected business-critical data instead of the entire tenant
• Any available pilot, proof-of-concept or onboarding assistance
• Confirmation of billing currency, taxes and additional charges
• Available cost-control mechanisms, budget alerts or consumption limits
• Confirmation of whether our existing Microsoft licensing or Azure relationship may qualify us for preferential pricing

We are also evaluating alternative backup solutions, including AvePoint and Veeam. However, we would like to understand whether Microsoft can provide the company with a competitive long-term commercial proposal.
