Office Home & Student 2021 OEM license missing after Windows reinstall

my microsoft word excel and etc cannot be activated with my ohs license. because im reinstalling the windows because i have a virus. but im using the same account, the ohs didnt active, im using loq 15iax19 and in the microsoft store i have the ohs to claim but it always fail. and i cant download it in the microsoft store, pls help i have a project to use with microsoft word.

    Check with the computer manufacturer if there is a way to restore the OEM software. They may not be willing to help, if your PC is out of support.

    An alternative, at least temporary, would be to use open source software such as LibreOffice which is able to create Word documents.

    Log into your Microsoft account on this link, do you find the Office licence linked to your Microsoft account there, and are you able to reinstall Office from there.
