    Hello @JJayz,

    I hope you're having a nice day!

To help narrow down the cause, could you please provide:

    • As this question is posted under the business tag, can you confirm if you are using a personal Microsoft account or a work/school account to log into OneDrive?
    • Do you have multiple accounts signing into your OneDrive?
    • Do you receive any error message when attempting to upload or move files?
    • Does the issue occur in both OneDrive on the web and the OneDrive desktop app?
    • Are other users able to upload files to the same shared folder?
    • Is the shared folder located in someone's personal OneDrive or in a SharePoint/Teams site?

In the meantime, please try the following checks:

    • Open the shared folder in OneDrive on the web and look for an Upload button. If the button is missing or disabled, it may indicate that you only have view permissions.
    • Ask the folder owner to review your access under Manage Access and confirm that you have Can Edit permissions rather than Can View permissions. Microsoft notes that edit permissions are required to add or delete files in a shared folder.
    • Sign out of OneDrive and Microsoft 365 applications, then sign back in and test again.
    • Try uploading from a different browser using an InPrivate/Incognito window.

Please let us know the answers to the questions above and whether you see any error message. That information will help determine whether this is a permission issue, a sync issue, or a tenant-level policy change.

I look forward to your reply.
