Recently, my son signed into his microsoft account after logging into the Minecraft Launcher on my local account of this PC. I've been trying my hardest to log out of his microsoft account and turning it back into a local account however I've had no such luck. May I please have some support to fix this? Like changing the microsoft account age so it's old enough to be logged out and turned into a local account?

I fixed it. You have to sign out of the child's email by entering Settings > Accounts > Family. Signing out of the child's account, logging into the parental email in the "Your family" section. Then by going Accounts > Your info, you can sign out into a local account.
