    Hi ivan martinez parra,

Please note that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to hide your personal information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide any personal or organizational information the next time you post an error or other details to protect personal data.

I’m sorry this happened. The recovery steps in the AI answer cover the available process well.

For your security, I will remove the email addresses from this public post. If the account remains signed in on any device or app, please keep that session active for now and let us know where access remains.

Please understand that forum contributors cannot access account records, verify ownership, or replace the attacker’s recovery address. Account restoration can only be determined through the official recovery process.

    Thank you for your understanding.

Use the Microsoft account recovery flow immediately:

    1. First, scan the PC for malware before changing anything. On Windows 8.1 or Windows 10/11, Windows Defender is already available. Run a full scan before changing or resetting the password.
    2. Try the standard recovery process at Recover your account. Enter the email address, phone number, or Skype name used for sign-in.
    3. If prompted for a security code, choose the available verification method, enter the code, and set a new password.
    4. If the recovery options now point to an unknown address and the normal reset does not work, use the Sign-in Helper tool first.
    5. If access still cannot be restored, complete the Microsoft account recovery form. A working email address is required so Microsoft can respond about the request.

    Important limits from Microsoft:

    • If two-step verification was turned on and none of the alternate verification methods are accessible, support agents cannot reset the account or change account details.
    • If the attacker changed the recovery details, recovery may fail if enough account information cannot be verified.
    • Account recovery is handled through the automated recovery process; support cannot manually bypass it.

If access is recovered, immediately review account settings such as connected accounts, forwarding, and automatic replies, then change the password to a strong one.
