How know if RecoverDeletedSecretAsync was successful?

Hi, I am using RecoverDeletedSecretAsync to recover a soft deleted secret as per docs and I want to know if the operation was successful.

RecoverDeletedSecretAsync returns Task<SecretBundle> but I don't see here how to tell whether the recovery operation was successful. Where can I see whether the operation was successful without having to re-enquiry?

Thank you

Hi @SergioSolorzano-0663,

One way to check is to list out all of your soft-deleted secrets. If the secret is not listed there, then it is not in the soft-deleted state.

1) Log in to the Azure portal.
2) Select your key vault.
3) Select the blade corresponding to the secret type you want to manage (keys, secrets, or certificates).
4) At the top of the screen, click on "Manage deleted (keys, secrets, or certificates)
A context pane will appear on the right side of your screen.
If your secret, key, or certificate does not appear in the list, it is not in the soft-deleted state.

You can also use az keyvault certificate list-deleted

Let me know if this helps!
