Accessing my Certifications and Credentials on personal account.

Question

Hi, I had previously given PL-900 certification exam using my organization email as it was recommended by my workplace.

I have added my personal account to the organization learn account and merged the accounts.

Will I still have access to the certification after I have left the current workplace. If yes, what is the process to access my certifications on personal Microsoft account.
