I have two Windows accounts - a private one and a business/work one. The private account has expired and I do not want to resubscribe. My business subscription will give me the memory I need. How do I make the computer use this one?

    Follow https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/security/identity-signin/manage-user-accounts-in-windows

    Remove a user account

    1. In the SettingsApp Settings app on your Windows device

select Accounts > Other user or use the following shortcut:

    Other Users

    1. Under Other users, select the flyout for the account you want to remove
    2. Next to Account and data , select Remove

    Note

removing an account doesn't delete the person's Microsoft account. It removes their sign-in information and data from the device.
