Refund for monthly subscription as I paid for yearly

Hi, I bought a new laptop and paid for yearly MS personal package. Today however my other subscription was taken from my bank account. I would have thought the accounts would have linked as its the same e-mail address. I have now cancelled my monthly subscription but how will I receive a refund? Thank You

If you have now cancelled your subscription, you should be entitled to a pro-rata refund, it may take up to 5 business days for your account to be credited with the refund.
