When adding a payment method, please check and ensure the below will be followed and links for reference has also been included.

    • Enter your name precisely as it appears on the card and only include your middle initial if it appears on your card.
    • If this is a company card, enter the company name as both a first name and last name. For example, if the company name is "My Company" you may split the company name into the first and last name fields.
    • If the company only has one name, for example, "Company," enter the company name in both the first and last name fields.
    • If you are asked to enter the address and it exceeds the Address 1 field, use the Address 2 field and do not shorten or abbreviate your address.
    • The card number and type cannot be edited, so if you make a mistake, you'll need to add a new one with the correct information. Other credit card information can be edited, such as billing address and expiration date.
    • Other factors such as, card issuer fraud block, 3-D Secure/online payment restriction, family-card name mismatch, temporary authorization hold, or regional/payment-method limitations can also affect this.

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. I understand that you have moved countries and you are unable to pay for your Microsoft 365 subscription.

Kindly take note that the subscription is region locked and it is best to update your information first via https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2195908 and this also includes changing the country and then add the card that you will be using via https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments. As you have an existing subscription, you will need to cancel it first before subscribing again and then you can go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365/billing and try it from there or try to turn off the recurring billing at https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2277073 and you can also follow the guided steps indicated from the link below.
