Outlook Issue - Pin for Emails and Search option is not working properly

Dear Team,
I am using classic oUtlook Version 16.111.1 (26071913) in MacBook Air with version macOS Tahoe Version 26.5.2 . My Pin option for Emails are not working. It showing grey but can click the option. Also while I am checking a specific mail in all Emails not getting specific email I checked for.
Kindly advise the solution at the earliest.

I understand that in New Outlook for Mac 16.111.1, the Pin option appears grey and does not work as expected, while a specific message is also missing from the All Emails search results.

Please note that this is a user-to-user forum, so contributors cannot access your Outlook profile or mailbox directly.

First, please open the folder containing the message, such as Inbox, sort the message list by Date, and then try to pin the message from that folder rather than from All Emails or the search results.

For the missing message, select the affected email account or folder before searching, then try a short part of the subject or a search filter such as from:sendername or subject:keyword. Outlook for Mac supports folder scopes and filters for narrowing search results. See Search in Outlook for Mac.

If both symptoms continue, please confirm whether the affected account is Outlook.com, Microsoft 365/Exchange, Gmail, iCloud, or another IMAP account. Also confirm whether “classic Outlook” means Legacy Outlook, since the thread is currently tagged New Outlook for Mac.

I hope these checks help narrow down whether the behavior is related to the selected folder, search scope, account type, or Outlook interface.
