outlook, excel displaying unlicensed product

I am using my microsoft 365 subscription for 2 accounts. I recently renewed the subscription and now It won't let me sign in to outlook or excel.

    Hi Makeba,

    To further check on this, have you tried to sign out and sign in to the Office application using the account where the Office license associated to? If not, please do so.

    In the meantime, if the issue still persist, please go to any Office application such as Word > Account > Product Information > Update license.
