Azure Artifact Signing organization validation blocked by repeated AU10TIX Verified ID failure
Hello,
I am completing an organization identity validation for Azure Artifact Signing (Public Trust) for a Portuguese company.
The organization validation requires me to complete an individual identity verification through AU10TIX. I have followed the process several times using the latest verification link and a valid Portuguese identification document.
Each attempt ends with the following message:
“Sorry, you do not meet the requirements to create a Verified ID at this time.”
I have already tried again with good lighting, a clearly visible original document and a new verification session, but the result remains the same. The Azure organization validation alternates between “In Progress” and “Action Required.”
Could a Microsoft support representative investigate this verification and reset or reopen the AU10TIX identity verification session? I can provide the validation ID and other account details privately to an authorized Microsoft representative.
For privacy and security reasons, I am not including my validation ID or identification document in this public post.
Thank you.
