Additional sign-in or account-related issues within Microsoft Teams Free
Hello Alexander Bocharov,
I understand that your personal Teams account still works on the old phone and laptop, but you cannot sign in on the new phone because you have forgotten the password and are not receiving the verification code.
Please note that this is a user-to-user forum, so contributors cannot access the account, change its security information, or send verification codes. For your privacy, please do not share your full email address, phone number, password, verification codes, or other personal account information in this public thread.
First, on a device where Teams is still working, select your profile picture and check the exact address shown under Accounts and orgs. The two partially displayed addresses appear to be different accounts, so make sure you are recovering the personal account containing your Teams data. Please do not post the complete email addresses or phone number in this public thread.
Next, use the browser on the working laptop to open Microsoft account Security. If you can access the Security page, select Manage how I sign in > Add a new way to sign in or verify, and then add Microsoft Authenticator or another verification method you can access. For detailed steps, see Microsoft account security info and verification codes.
If the phone code still does not arrive, follow the checks in Troubleshoot Microsoft verification code issues. If you have also forgotten the password and cannot use any security method, use the Microsoft account Sign-in Helper.
Do not sign out of Teams on the old phone or laptop until access on the new phone and the updated verification method are confirmed.
I hope the existing access lets you update the account security information and sign in on the new phone.
