Large amounts of Junk Emails

I am receiving large amounts of Junk Emails almost every day. My anti virus protection sends them all to Junk which is great. They include messages saying that my cloud storage is used up; that my antivirus needs renewing; dating sites etc.. Many but not all have .ru at the end of the URL. I do not open them or reply and empty the Junk Folder regularly, but then seem to get another load within minutes. I have tried to unsubscribe but that only tends to make things worse. Just this morning I received one message, later in the morning I emptied the Junk Folder to clear it and within minutes received around 20 more messages. Can anyone please advise as to why I am getting so much junk and how I can stop it. Thank you in anticipation of yur help and advice.

Unfortunately, your e-mail address became known to spammers. The only way to avoid a spam is changing e-mail address.

Yes, you are right, an attempt to unsubscribe makes the things worse because in fact you just confirm that your address is active.
