    Hi Ian Bearpark,

I understand that both Gmail accounts stopped syncing in new Outlook and that reconnecting them ends with localhost:8011/?error=access_denied. Please note that this is a user-to-user forum, so contributors cannot access your accounts or arrange a telephone call directly.

This message suggests that the Google authorization was denied or did not return successfully to Outlook. Please reconnect each affected account as follows:

    1. In new Outlook, select Settings > Accounts > Your accounts, select Manage beside the affected Gmail account, and choose Remove.
    2. Sign in to the corresponding Google account in a browser. Under Security > Your connections to third-party apps and services, remove the existing Microsoft apps and services connection.
    3. Restart new Outlook, return to Settings > Accounts > Your accounts, and select Add account.
    4. Complete the Google sign-in and select Allow when Google asks whether Microsoft apps and services may access Gmail. Repeat this separately for the second Gmail account.

These steps recreate the authorization without deleting messages stored in Gmail. The supported account-management process is described in Add a Gmail account to Outlook for Windows.

If the same response remains, you may contact Microsoft Support via live chat for further assistance:

    1. Visit the Microsoft Support contact page: Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. In the search bar provided on the page, type "Outlook issue" and press Enter.
    3. Click on the "Get Help" button that appears.
    4. Scroll down the page until you see and click on the "Contact Support" option.
    5. When prompted to select your product or service, choose "Other Products".
    6. For the category, choose "Outlook".
    7. Look for and click on "Chat with a support agent in your web browser".
    8. Confirm your personal email when prompted - this is the email Microsoft will use to communicate with you during and after the support session.
    9. Explain your situation clearly: Be concise but provide all the relevant details.

I hope reconnecting the Google permissions restores synchronization for both Gmail accounts.
