Hello, my hotmail account was hacked into and deleted by the hacker. I have subscriptions linked to that account, for extra storage, and also some gaming subscriptions. How do I cancel those subscriptions?

If automatic renewal is enabled for the subscription, it will continue to renew automatically, and recurring charges will continue.
If automatic renewal is turned off, the subscription will expire and be canceled at the end of the current billing period.

Please be advised that unless the account owner is able to access the account, subscription cancellation is not possible, and Microsoft personnel cannot retrieve this information.
Since it is no longer possible to recover your hacked account, you will need to reach out directly to your bank and request to block all charges from Microsoft, cancelling the subscription on its renewal in the process and preventing unauthorized purchases.
You may also need to request a new payment method.

I was able to chat with MS support just now. The agent said subscriptions are cancelled automatically. But all the google search says otherwise, and suggests that I may need to cancel my credit card and ask for a new card to stop recurring charges. Do you have experience or further insight on this topic?
