Monthly bonuses not being given out

Hello,

My Microsoft Rewards monthly bonuses have been showing as Pending since last month and have still not been credited.

The pending bonuses are:

  • Bing Star Bonus: 2,100 points
  • Monthly Level-Up Bonus: 420 points
  • Implicit Search Bonus: 210 points

Total: 2,730 points

It is now 27 July, and the bonuses are still pending
