Hello Microsoft Support,

I am requesting assistance with recovering access to my original Microsoft Entra tenant.

In the past, I had access to the tenant ...onmicrosoft.com and was able to switch to it without any issues.

Recently, the tenant appears to have disappeared from my account, and I can no longer switch to or access ....onmicrosoft.com.

Could you please investigate what happened to this tenant and help me restore access to my original tenant, if possible?

The supported recovery path for a missing or inaccessible Microsoft Entra tenant is to open a Microsoft support case for tenant access recovery.

What is supported:

  1. If locked out of the tenant, open a support case with Microsoft Support. When portal access is unavailable, use Microsoft customer service phone numbers.
  2. Microsoft uses a high-assurance identity verification process to validate tenant ownership.
  3. After ownership is verified, Microsoft helps designated Global Administrator users regain access to the existing tenant. Microsoft does not issue a new tenant.
  4. If the tenant was created or managed by a Microsoft partner, contact that partner directly for recovery assistance.

Useful checks before opening the case:

  1. Go to the admin portal at https://admin.microsoft.com.
  2. Try signing in with any previously used account.
  3. If prompted to request admin access, follow those steps.

If that does not work, submit a support request:

  1. Go to the Microsoft 365 support page at https://support.microsoft.com/office.
  2. Select I can't sign in or access my tenant.
  3. Be prepared to verify identity and organizational ownership through items such as official business documentation, domain ownership, or publicly listed nonprofit registration data where applicable.

If access to the Entra admin center is still possible from another tenant and there is an associated Azure subscription, a support request can also be opened from the Microsoft Entra admin center by signing in as at least a Service Support Administrator and creating a new support request.
